‘Building a high-performance culture in international teams’ 

Dominic Rossi is the founder of Corodo, and author of various books. As an individual high-performance coach, he guides international top athletes, entrepreneurs, and artists in their personal development. 

In this keynote presentation: 

  • Dominic will talk you through the key takeaways from his second book: ‘Op het ritme van je team’ (‘To the rhythm of your team’). 

You’ll learn how the principles used in elite sports can also be applied to corporate settings, fostering a high-performance culture and effective teamwork.Especially in dynamic environments, where building trust and navigating ‘unwritten rules’ is critical.

Simone Buijzen is Managing Director of The Culture Team and has built a name for herself as a cross-cultural trainer and executive coach, working with leaders and teams at multinationals and NGOs around the globe.

In this keynote presentation: 

  • Simone will share her experiences with cross-cultural team building and effective team cooperation and communication, zooming in on the typical hurdles and how to overcome them. 

You’ll learn how to bridge different cultures within international business teams, by fostering open dialogue, seeking common ground, and respecting diverse perspectives.
