Function
As a Managing Consultant, your role encompasses two major areas of responsibility. On one hand, you act as a Lead Consultant within project operations. You analyze customer processes across various domains such as CRM, sales to invoicing, project management, time tracking, reporting, and eventually also helpdesk and inventory management. With your strategic insight and technical expertise, you translate these complex processes into well-thought-out, user-friendly, and scalable Odoo configurations. You work closely with technical colleagues, project managers, and clients—from pre-sales through implementation and aftercare. As a key figure in digital transformation, you guide projects from the initial analysis to successful delivery.
On the other hand, you contribute to building the business unit and play a crucial role in the further development of the team, defining the service offering, project approach, and strengthening the company’s position in the market.
- Advising and Guiding: You are the trusted advisor for clients, from the initial analysis to the successful implementation of Odoo.
- Process Optimization: You analyze complex business processes and translate them into efficient Odoo configurations and custom solutions. This includes challenges related to supply chain, forecasting, or complex financial modules (such as accounting), where you leverage your in-depth expertise.
- Team Development: You coach and mentor junior and mid-level profiles within the Odoo team. You help them build expertise and refine project and process methodologies.
- Presales & Growth: You build trust with potential clients, convince them of the Odoo solution, and highlight the added value Codevid can offer. You actively contribute to the go-to-market strategy.
- Quality Assurance: You safeguard the quality of implementations and ensure that solutions perfectly align with the client’s needs—from the initial helicopter view down to detailed implementation.
