Group ERP Functional Analyst @ Valtech Group

Function
The Group ERP Functional Analyst, as right hand of the IT Manager, is responsible at group level (16 companies) for the functional implementation and maintenance of the new MS Dynamics 365 F&O environment.
- You analyze the business processes and needs of the business;
- You form the bridge between the business processes of the organization and the technological capabilities of Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O;
- As a project manager, you have a central role in the implementation of MS Dyn 365 F&O in the different companies within the Valtech Group;
- You supervise change management for new releases or process changes.
- This position is a key role and crucial for the successful implementation, optimization and maintenance of the new ERP system within Valtech Group.
Profile
- You have a bachelor or master degree with a focus on IT;
- You can look back on at least 3 years of experience as a functional analyst/consultant within ERP (preferably MS Dynamics 365 F&O);
- You have a strong interest in business processes;
- You understand the needs of the business and are able to translate these into targeted technological solutions;
- You have excellent communication skills and the ability to work together with various stakeholders;
- You have analytical thinking skills and can easily switch between business and IT;
- You have the ability to think along about further process optimizations;
- Knowledge of project management is a plus;
- Experience in the mechanical engineering sector is an asset;
- You work in a structured way, think problem-solving and can work independently.
