Responsibilities:
As the first in-house .NET Developer, you are the software expert within the Hifferman story. You contribute to further digitalization and build flexible software solutions. You are responsible for developing smart, accessible applications for all departments within the group. The synergetic power between the functional scope of the Business Analyst and your code ensures a direct translation to a more efficient FAM/Stumabo.
Tasks:
- End-to-end development: You are not just responsible for one part of the chain. You independently develop new features, deliver them, and test them together with the Business Analyst. In this way, you leave your mark on the global application landscape and see the impact you make on daily operations.
- Connections and integrations: You develop and maintain connections between various business applications, including SAP, using their own service bus architecture.
- Maintenance and testing: Although you will be working on new features and applications most of the time, you also manage the release flow and maintenance of developed applications.
- Technically ultimate responsible: You carry ultimate technical responsibility for the applications you develop and manage, in close collaboration with the IT Business Analyst.
- Architectural alignment: You build within the existing .NET architecture; you are a key sounding board for the business analyst and can rely on external parties for complex matters.
- AI-driven development: You actively deploy AI to optimize your daily work and integrate AI tools to support all employees.
Profile
Experience and background:
- You hold a bachelor's degree (applied computer science, …) or equivalent through experience. Your degree is not a strict requirement as long as you have the drive and passion for programming.
- At least 3 to 5 years of experience as a Fullstack .NET developer (.NET 10 and C#). Through this, you have also gained experience with frontend technology, preferably Angular. As the sole in-house developer, you carry great responsibility for the application landscape.
- Technical stack: .NET, C#, API integrations, SQL, Angular, and modern web/mobile technologies.
