How quickly can an interim IT manager start?

Knowledge transfer is a core component of any interim assignment. This includes documentation, training sessions, mentoring of team members and a structured exit with handover. We define this at the start and monitor it during the process to ensure that knowledge is retained after the interim manager’s exit.

The investment in an interim manager varies based on seniority, specialization and assignment complexity. Typically, it ranges between €800-€1500 per day for senior IT leaders.
