The Digital Manager acts as one of the driving forces behind Moore's digital transformation. As a director, the Digital Manager ensures that the ambitious technological roadmap aligns well with the business's growth strategy. The impact of this role is crucial: complex business needs are translated by the Digital Manager into scalable digital solutions. Technology is utilized here as a true 'enabler' that supports the organization in growing faster and smarter.
From the conviction that digital excellence begins with a strong and aligned team, the Digital Manager acts as an inspiring coach for a team of Product Owners, Functional Analysts, and Developers. The focus here is on fostering a culture of proactive collaboration and taking ownership. By implementing smart processes and clear frameworks, the Digital Manager creates calm and overview in an extremely dynamic environment. The role serves as the ultimate spokesperson and bridge-builder between IT and the various business units, transforming technological innovations—ranging from modern ERP and CRM systems to AI applications—into concrete added value for the organization.
In this capacity, the Digital Manager directly leads the 'Projects & Applications' domain within Digital Services, which is part of Moore Group Services. Within the context of an impressive 'buy-and-build' trajectory, where approximately 15 acquisitions are integrated annually, the Digital Manager ensures the scalability of the application landscape. A flawless balance is maintained between 'business continuity' and the realization of the strategic three-year plan, ensuring Moore is optimally equipped for the future.
Profile
- Strategic-Functional Expertise: A strong background in functional analysis and process management, with the ability to oversee end-to-end flows as a process owner and 'conceptual architect'.
- Inspiring Leadership: Extensive experience in managing technical and functional profiles (FA, PO, Dev), with a focus on coaching, maturity growth, and fostering ownership.
- Stakeholder Management: Excellent communication skills to operate at various levels within the organization and act as a trusted advisor (SPOC) for diverse business units.
- M&A Resilience: The ability to perform result-oriented and calmly under high project pressure and constantly changing priorities.
- Technical Conceptual Ability: A sharp insight into modern technologies (such as ERP systems, Salesforce, Data & AI) to engage in substantively strong discussions with both technical specialists and business stakeholders.
- For this position, a strong command (native level) of at least one of the main national languages, preferably Dutch, is required. Solid knowledge of the other national language is also an important requirement.
