Function
Lorraine Bakery Group is strongly committed to the ongoing digitalization of its production and quality processes through its strategic "Factory of the Future" program. This initiative aims to create a production environment where employees are empowered by standardized technologies and real-time insights, enabling the delivery of top-quality products in the most efficient way possible. One of the key early projects is the rollout of a centralized Manufacturing Data Platform. This platform collects and unifies data from machines, sensors, and systems to give real-time insights into what’s happening on the shop floor — from quality trends to energy usage — helping teams make faster and better decisions.
