The best ICT & Digital people manager in the IT sector? This exceptional individual will be crowned by Amon during the greatest award show to be held on November 21st. A special event in MeetDistrict Ghent, where the crème de la crème of the Belgian ICT & Digital community shall be present.

As a ubiquitous headhunting firm specializing exclusively in ICT & Digital, Amon knows this community inside out. This means that we are the expert at finding the best ambassadors of coaching leadership.

You decide who's on the shortlist

Until June 30th, anyone in the Belgian ICT community has had the opportunity to vote his or her favourite coach onto the shortlist. These public votes determined the ultimate shortlist of the five best coaches.

The jury decides

An independent jury of experts from the ICT community, the media and the academic sector will judge the five best managers. They ultimately choose a winner. The name of the new ICT & Digital Coach of the Year 2024 will be revealed live on the stage of This is IT.
