Will Bahadir Samli of ING Belgium become the ICT & Digital Coach of the Year 2024?
In a challenging landscape of reorganization and modernization, Bahadir Samli successfully navigated his teams through turbulent waters. Through excellent people management, Bahadir succeeds in creating an open culture and a ‘care and dare’ attitude in his teams.

After more than a decade as IT Director of CM, Roel recently took the leap and became the new IT Director at P&V Group Insurance. This award candidate believes in the power of close collaboration between business and IT and sees it as his job to help develop talent.

But first…each of these 5 finalists will have to face a tough discussion with the professional jury. They will then decide who goes home with the ‘ICT & Digital Coach of the Year 2024’ award in November.
