Function
As an IT Manager, you are responsible for the entire IT domain within The Workwear Group, including both infrastructure and applications. You lead the IT team and ensure that systems run reliably and support the daily operations of the organization.
You safeguard the continuity of the IT environment and ensure that projects and changes are handled in a clear and structured way. In doing so, you work closely with different departments to understand their needs and translate them into practical IT solutions.
In addition, you establish clear agreements regarding how IT operates and ensure proper alignment between applications, infrastructure, data, and security. You also manage external partners and ensure that they contribute effectively to the IT environment.
The role holds an important position within the organization and plays a central part in how IT is further structured and developed. In this way, you help build a stable IT environment that supports the organization’s continued growth and development.
Tasks & responsibilities:Â
Strategic & Organizational Responsibility
- Define and drive the IT strategy and roadmap.
- Ensure governance, prioritization, and alignment across entities.
- Build a scalable IT organization and safeguard architecture standards.
Application Management & Digital Transformation
- Develop and optimize the application landscape supporting business processes.
- Drive AI and automation initiatives to improve efficiency.
- Manage integrations, projects, and external partners.
Infrastructure, Security & Continuity
- Oversee infrastructure, service desk, and external providers.
- Ensure service performance, security, and NIS2 compliance.
- Strengthen monitoring and cloud readiness.
Team Leadership & Organizational Development
- Lead, coach, and grow the IT team.
- Build a scalable organization and drive continuous improvement.
- Foster strong collaboration with business departments.
Profile
You are a structured leader with strong technical and organizational expertise.
Must-haves
- Extensive experience in IT management, application management, and project delivery in a complex environment.
- Strong knowledge of ERP environments (preferably Business Central).
- Experience with software projects, change management, and vendor management.
- Knowledge of ITIL/ITSM and incident, problem, and change management processes.
- Solid understanding of infrastructure, networks, security, and cloud environments.
