In this role you take up the role as team leader within the information security office. You implement and configure system alerts, react to data breaches and help us ensure the highest standards for IT security (projects) are implemented and maintained.
What can you expect?

General IT Security: You review and respond to possible vulnerability issues, set up and follow up monitoring tools, troubleshoot issues/errors coming from security devices and conduct daily monitoring of the key infrastructure / compliance monitoring activities.

Communication: Internally you’ll communicate about security exposures, threats, missuses, …

Security: Working knowledge of security frameworks and standards (NIST, ISO, CIS, CoBit)

Vendors: You’ll partner with vendors to manage proof of concepts and assist in the implementation of new security systems and devices

Documentation: you ensure there are clear guidelines, work instructions and standards in place within the team, to ensure compliance with regulations.

Collaboration: Collaborate effectively across global teams by supporting urgent requests, demonstrating flexibility with your availability, and managing your workload and schedule proactively.
Profiel
Education
-
A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related field.
Experience
-
A minimum of 4 years experience in cybersecurity, in which you build up cloud environment experience and experience relevant to the tasks describes.

Have a first experience managing a direct report in a similar role.
