The Cutover Manager will drive key deliverables including the cutover strategy, cutover plan and playbook, dry run plans and execution, controlled business ramp down and ramp up, the Business Continuity Plan, the technical cutover plan, and the disaster recovery plan. This scope covers all workstreams, all applications in scope, and all interfaces.
The Cutover Manager ensures that the transition to S/4HANA and the new applications is safe, predictable, and free from operational disruption, through a fully coordinated cutover plan, timely readiness, strong governance, and a controlled start up across all plants.

Responsibilities
• Plan, coordinate, and lead all cutover activities to ensure the successful deployment of SAP/non-SAP solutions.
• Develop comprehensive cutover plans that outline timelines, resources, and deliverables, ensuring alignment with business requirements.
• Act as a subject matter expert, providing guidance and solutions to problems that apply across various teams.
• Facilitate workshops to gather requirements and ensure alignment with stakeholders.
• Monitor cutover progress and implement adjustments as necessary to meet objectives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless transitions during the cutover process.
• Foster a collaborative team environment that encourages innovative problem-solving and effective decision-making.
• Provide training and support to team members to enhance their skills and knowledge in cutover processes.
• Ensure alignment with technology architecture and recommend improvements to enhance deployment efficiency.
• Continuously seek opportunities for process improvement and innovation in cutover execution.
Profiel
Experience in several SAP and/or S/4 Hana projects (international) and therefor knowledge of the methodology and cutover plans preferably in manufacturing industry.
Portfolio experience is strongly recommended especially as Cutover Manager.
You will report to the Local PMO (in Madrid).
