As an IT Manager, you are responsible for developing and executing a future-proof IT strategy that supports the business objectives of Fuji Oil Europe. You are the driving force behind further digitalization and professionalization of the IT department. You ensure a reliable, high-performing, and secure IT infrastructure and lead critical projects to modernize the IT environment and align it with the needs of the business. You serve as a strategic partner for management and are ultimately responsible for the IT landscape and service delivery to the internal organization.
Profile
Fuji Oil Europe is actively looking for an experienced and driven IT Manager to transform the IT landscape and align it with their ambitious business objectives. In this crucial role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing an IT strategy that fosters innovation and enhances operational efficiency.
As the IT Manager, you are the linchpin in further digitizing and professionalizing the IT department. You will lead initiatives to implement new technologies, optimize existing systems, and streamline processes to create a robust and adaptive IT environment. One of your primary goals is to ensure a reliable, high-performance, and secure IT infrastructure and services that support continuous business operations.
You will manage a team of 2 IT professionals, coaching them in their development while simultaneously fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement. You will work closely with various departments within Fuji Oil Europe to understand their needs and deliver IT solutions that add value to the organization.
