Korfine is looking for a new IT Manager/CTO for its self-sufficient IT department, KDC, to realize their ambitious digitalization plans. Korfine (and KDC) has been engaged in a profound digital transformation since 2012. Their internal team of 10 IT professionals, along with a seconded team in Poland (scalable from 10 up to 30 professionals), has already taken the first steps in this modernization trajectory by, among other things, designing a new architecture for their internal custom systems.
The IT Manager must accelerate this process and thus become the "digital right hand" of COO Maxime Collignon. Through a mix of people management, strategic thinking, and pragmatism, the CTO will become the point of reference for everything related to the group's digital roadmap and will lead the transformation of their tech stack in terms of architecture, data, software development, and much more.
Profile
The ideal candidate for this role is a driven professional with about 15 years of experience in IT; specifically in domains such as data management, digital transformation, ERP, and software architecture.

Tasks and Responsibilities:

Managing, motivating, and guiding the KDC team to increase performance and cohesion

Translating the strategic plan into concrete, targeted actions—taking capacity and budgets into account

Advising the COO and the board on priorities, strategically relevant initiatives, budgets, team composition, etc.

Expanding the team and its capabilities by highlighting trends, relevant new profiles, coaching current employees, etc., in line with Korfine's digital and commercial ambitions
