Tasks and Responsibilities
Business Needs Analysis
- Process Analysis: Collaborate with process owners to identify improvements in the use of the ERP system.
- Requirements and Specifications: Gather user requirements, translate them into functional specifications, and work with the ERP Application Specialist to deliver solutions.
- Quality Improvement and Cybersecurity: Improve quality processes and ensure compliance with cybersecurity regulations.
Training and User Support
- Training and Documentation: Train users in new ERP versions and develop detailed documentation in collaboration with key users.
- External Collaboration and Synergies: Actively collaborate with external partners and IFS administrators, and foster knowledge sharing among VYNCKE’s IFS key users.
Best Practices and Innovation
- Vendors and Trends: Evaluate vendors and scan new IT trends for applicability within VYNCKE.
- Decision-Making Input: Provide relevant input to IT management for informed decision-making.
Profile
Experience
- You hold a bachelor’s or university degree in IT or Economics (e.g., Business Engineering, Business Administration, Applied Economic Sciences) or have equivalent experience—preferably in an international and/or project-driven environment.
- You have approximately 5 years of experience in a similar role.
- You have experience analyzing business processes and can translate them into functional specifications tailored to the company’s needs.
- You are capable of identifying and mapping out business requirements.
- You have strong communication skills.
- You are pragmatic and able to bring structure to complex situations.
- You possess a strong helicopter view, allowing you to maintain an end-to-end perspective on your projects at all times.
- You have solid analytical and problem-solving skills and can effectively prioritize tasks.
- You are proactive.
Language Skills
You are fluent in spoken and written Dutch and/or English.
