The goal of the Analytics Lead role at Ardo is to play a leading role in strengthening data-driven decision-making within the company. In this role, the Analytics Lead ensures that the organization maximizes the use of data to achieve strategic objectives, such as improving customer-centric service levels, driving product innovation, and more. As Analytics Lead, one will play a key role in further developing a data-driven culture within Ardo, not only enhancing analytical capabilities but also contributing to the alignment of data efforts with the broader business strategy. The Analytics Lead helps Ardo make data-driven decisions that improve operational efficiency and drive strategic growth. This work supports Ardo's ambitious goals, from increasing customer satisfaction to accelerating innovation in their products and services.

Tasks:

  • Stakeholder alignment & requirements gathering: The Analytics Lead serves as the primary point of contact for business stakeholders, gathering and translating their data needs into actionable deliverables. They ensure that analytics efforts are aligned with organizational goals and business priorities. He also communicates the value of data analytics to stakeholders at all levels, promoting a data-driven culture within the organization.
  • People management, team coordination & leadership: Building and leading a team of internal and external data analysts and engineers. The Analytics Lead is responsible for talent development and performance management,, task allocation, workload management, and fostering collaboration. 
  • Report delivery & adoption: Overseeing the development and delivery of accurate, actionable reports and dashboards, the Analytics Lead ensures adoption across the organization. They collect user feedback to continually improve report relevance and usability.
  • Self-service analytics enablement: Promoting the use of self-service analytics tools, the Analytics Lead ensures business users can independently access and analyze data. They will also develop training programs and best practices to support adoption.
  • Strategic alignment & innovation: The Analytics Lead collaborates with senior management to ensure analytics initiatives align with the company’s broader strategic goals. They identify opportunities for innovation and propose data-driven solutions to emerging business needs.
  • Data analysis & insights: Providing critical insights and analysis to support strategic projects, the Analytics Lead applies advanced analytics techniques to deliver actionable business intelligence.
  • Resource planning & prioritization: Managing the analytics team’s priorities and resources, the Analytics Lead ensures flexible response to changing business needs and projects are completed to ensure efficient project execution and timely delivery. 

Profile

  • Proven experience leading data and analytics teams in complex environments.
  • Strong knowledge of BI tools (Power BI, SAC) and SQL for data analysis.
  • Experience with Azure and data modeling concepts.
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage and align business needs with data initiatives.
  • Strong project management and resource planning skills.
  • Strategic mindset with the ability to align data with business goals.
  • Ability to communicate technical insights to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Proactive problem-solver, focused on continuous improvement.
  • Familiarity with advanced analytics or machine learning is a plus.
