VAB, the largest mobility organization in Belgium, is looking for a Functional Analyst Power Platform to support their ambition: to become the reference in the mobility market. In a rapidly evolving sector, the analyst translates the needs of 3 million customers into innovative solutions. The work takes place in a dynamic, agile environment, where close collaboration with various business units is essential to create value.
As an Analyst within VAB-IT, you will participate in designing functional solutions, with a focus on MS Power Platform. An IT technical background is a plus, but VAB is primarily looking for someone who can engage with the internal client and translate their needs into SMART business requirements. The analyst serves as the essential bridge between business stakeholders and the IT team. Close cooperation is required with different departments, business users, subject matter experts, and IT professionals. The Functional Analyst Power Platform contributes to optimizing business processes and delivering effective and efficient IT solutions for the organization.
Profile
The ideal candidate is someone with a Bachelor's or Master's degree and preferably an IT technical background. More importantly, it is crucial to bridge the gap between business and IT. This person excels at facilitating workshops, analyzing business processes, and translating them into concrete functionalities. Knowledge of BPMN is a plus.
VAB is looking for an analytical thinker who can develop functional and technical plans and is familiar with analysis methodologies, techniques, and best practices in software development. The ideal candidate guides user acceptance testing (UAT), proactively solves problems, and works independently. Experience with Agile or DevOps environments is a must, and familiarity with Confluence, Azure DevOps, and Sparx Enterprise Architect is a nice bonus.
Knowledge of Dynamics 365 Power Platform is required. VAB seeks a driven, communicative person who enjoys collaborating, optimizing processes, and delivering effective IT solutions.
