As a Business Analyst Production & Supply Chain, you are essential to the smooth execution of the SAP implementation process. By gathering business requirements, analyzing processes, and translating requirements into SAP configurations, you serve as a crucial bridge between key users, business process owners, and technical teams.
Leveraging functional knowledge of the PP and/or EWM modules, you design and implement effective solutions. You play a vital role in the success of Renson's digital transformation.
Responsibilities

Analyzing, optimizing, and supporting end-to-end supply chain and production processes (focusing on PP – Production Execution and EWM);

Translating business needs into SAP functionalities and ensuring consistency across business processes;

Providing support to live sites and actively contributing to continuous improvements, integration & acceptance testing, and process optimization;

Collaborating on the challenging integration between SAP (PP/EWM) and the brand-new, custom-built MES system (developed in Mendix);

Supporting the rollout of the SAP template to international sites (such as the US, Italy, and Australia), including a willingness to travel on a limited basis during go-lives;

Active involvement in the full software development lifecycle—including blueprinting, design, process modeling, configuration, development, testing, documentation, go-live, and post-implementation support;

Sharing best practices and coaching colleagues.
Profile
Experience and Background
- You hold a Master’s degree in Economics, Business, or Engineering, OR equivalent through a strong affinity with production and logistics processes (for example, experience as a Process Engineer or SAP Key User on the shop floor).
- You have a minimum of 2 to 3 years of experience with SAP, specifically within PP (Production Planning / Execution) and/or EWM (Extended Warehouse Management).
- You have a strong interest (or experience) in the interaction between SAP and Shopfloor / Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES).
- Strong communication skills; you speak the language of the floor worker as comfortably as that of the IT architect.
