Group IT Manager @ Quatra
AMSP04445
Function
IT plays a central role in Quatra’s growth and professionalisation. The IT landscape is predominantly cloud-based, runs on a single central ERP system (Odoo), and is largely managed in-house by a team of nine people. In recent years, the team has expanded significantly and the underlying infrastructure has been fine-tuned. At the same time, there are key projects underway: data management, the development of AI agents, the modernisation of the driver application, the migration of telephony, and the IT integration of a growing number of acquisitions each year.
The Group IT Manager will take full responsibility for the operational IT organisation and the existing IT team at Quatra. The focus is on ensuring the continuity, stability and performance of the entire IT environment within a rapidly expanding international company. A key objective is therefore to ensure a strong bridging role between business and IT and to translate the future organisational vision into the IT roadmap.
Key tasks and responsibilities include:Â
- IT Team Leadership: Responsible for people management, individual coaching, development, and appraisal of team members — with a focus on the balance between senior and junior roles.
- Operational IT and Service Delivery: Ultimately responsible for the continuity, stability, and performance of the entire IT environment — ERP, applications, infrastructure, network, telephony, end-user devices, including the management of external partners.
- Functional management and application landscape: Responsible for the functional management of the central ERP and connected applications. In close collaboration with Supply Chain, Finance, Marketing and the Country Managers.
- Cybersecurity, compliance and governance: Operational responsibility for cybersecurity and information security in day-to-day IT operations. Preparing for and following up on IT-related audits.
- Contribution to acquisition integrations: Operational roll-out of the IT integration of acquired entities — migration to the central ERP, roll-out of devices and infrastructure, integration of data and users.
- Cross-functional collaboration and communication: Liaison role between IT and the business — supply chain, production, accounting, marketing, and the Country Managers in the respective countries.
