As an ERP Business Analyst, you ensure that the application and ERP landscape aligns well with the business processes of The Workwear Group. You analyze how the organization operates and translate these insights into solutions within the existing application landscape. Working at the intersection of business and IT, you combine analysis, project work and application management to improve processes and better align systems. You look beyond individual applications and focus on how information and processes flow between systems, ensuring that the entire process chain is effectively supported.

A significant part of your role involves project work. For example, you support the setup of IT processes and applications for new entities within the group and ensure their integration with existing systems and international partners.

To achieve this, you collaborate closely with business stakeholders, key users, IT colleagues and external partners. By analyzing processes, developing improvements and supporting implementations, you help further develop the application landscape and ensure it evolves in line with the organization’s growth.
