IT Manager @ Aspiravi
AM.S04304
Function
As IT Manager, you will be at the heart of this hands-on digital transformation project, which aims to standardise and further professionalise Aspiravi's entire application and infrastructure landscape.
Following the group's rapid growth, the IT organisation is still in its infancy. This means that your role will start with a highly operational focus and tackling fundamental IT challenges.
As IT Manager, you will initially take charge of the ERP implementation process (SAP S/4 Hana). At a later stage, the scope will broaden beyond SAP alone and you will translate the needs of the business into a clear IT strategy and digital roadmap with concrete projects and priorities. You will demonstrate sufficient pragmatism in this regard.
You will guide Aspiravi in its further growth and in integrating digital technologies into its business processes, strategy and culture. This will involve a broad focus on applications, infrastructure, security and data.
Tasks and responsibilities:
Operational Management:
- Ensuring the reliable, secure and efficient operation of the entire IT environment;
- Monitoring application performance, collecting user feedback and proactively addressing issues or areas for improvement;
- Promoting the adoption of new applications and providing ongoing support to users: answering questions, solving problems, providing guidance;
- Operational support: You are still sufficiently hands-on and not merely a manager. When problems arise, you are prepared to intervene operationally yourself.
Stakeholder management:
- You act as a strategic sparring partner for management on digitization and automation;
- You are responsible for coordinating internal and external stakeholders, such as IT suppliers and project teams.
Change management:
- You act as a bridge between the business to implement changes smoothly and create support within the organisation for digital initiatives;
- You are responsible for professionalising and harmonising IT processes, infrastructure and applications across the group;
- You integrate new entities in terms of systems, data, security and procedures;
- You develop training and communication programmes to ensure that the digital transformation is successfully implemented at all levels of the organisation.
Project Management:
- You actively contribute to the execution and implementation of projects where necessary. This covers the entire project cycle: from planning and follow-up to budget management and reporting. This also includes leading the implementation of a new ERP system (SAP S/4 Hana).
- You launch new initiatives in line with the needs of the organisation.
Strategy and roadmap:
- You translate business requirements into concrete technological solutions and projects;
- Together with the CEO and CFO, you develop a group-wide IT vision, aligned with the group's business strategy and growth ambitions;
- Advisory role: You report directly to management and proactively advise on new IT trends, relevant innovations and necessary upgrades and updates.
Profile
- You have a bachelor's or master's degree (or equivalent through experience);
- You have experience in a similar position as IT Manager or can look back on several years of extensive SAP project management experience;
- You are passionate about digitisation;
- You have extensive knowledge of SAP S/4 Hana. You also have a good conceptual knowledge of IT infrastructure and security;
- You are a self-starter and a bridge builder between the different departments of the company. You are able to translate ideas into concrete IT solutions;
- You have strong analytical and communication skills, with the ability to mentor colleagues.
