Teamlead DevOps @ TVH

TVH is th global benchmark when it comes to parts for industrial off-road machines. They are an international market leader in quality parts and accessories for a wide range of machines: from material handling and industrial vehicles to construction machinery, agricultural equipment, and even aircraft. With more than one million parts in stock, nearly fifty million references in the database, and customers in 180 countries, their reach is impressive. Since 2021, D'Ieteren Group has also been on board with 40% of the shares, while the Thermote family retains the remaining 60%. This combination brings the best of both worlds: the warm, people-oriented corporate culture of a family business and the professionalization and process-oriented approach of an international market leader

In terms of strategy, TVH is all about growth and innovation. They are fully embracing the international story. An important focus for the future is automation, both in IT and in warehouse operations. Think of robotization, smart warehouses, and supporting IT systems to make everything run seamlessly.

Training and development are high priorities, including through TVH University, which offers thousands of training courses. Safety and well-being receive structural attention through programs such as Safety Bee, and diversity is actively encouraged, for example with the TVH Women's Network. With the Nudge program, TVH encourages healthy habits, from sports to mental well-being. This ranges from free group yoga classes to sports tournaments and its own Finnish track. Initiatives such as the Lignaverda Challenge link exercise to ecological impact: for every 10 km that employees walk, run, or cycle, TVH plants a tree in Senegal. Previous editions have already resulted in 225,000 trees being planted.
