The SAP FICO Business Analyst plays a leading role in these integration processes. In this position, you have the opportunity to make a direct impact on the further digitization and optimization of business processes by working at the intersection of finance, IT, and business operations.

As a key figure between the finance and IT departments, you ensure that SAP FICO is optimally utilized within the business. Since WDP is active in the acquisition and sale of warehouses, efficient financial processes are essential. With your in-depth knowledge of SAP FICO and integration management, you play a crucial role in streamlining and optimizing key business processes within WDP.

Responsibilities of the SAP FICO Business Analyst:

  • Product Ownership & Process Optimization: Responsible for (improvement initiatives in) SAP FICO (processes, changes, technical upgrades), working closely with key users and Business Owners to analyze needs and requirements and translate them into functional solutions for external partners to implement. You proactively contribute to optimizing financial processes through digitalization and automation.
  • Project Management & Integration Management: Lead and execute SAP FICO-related projects, including the integration of new acquisitions and the optimization of S/4HANA. You coordinate external partners and ensure strong alignment with internal stakeholders.
  • Configuration & Implementation: Configure new processes and business units within SAP and optimize authorization structures.
  • Support & Training: Provide second-line support to key users and ensure they receive the necessary training.
  • Change Management: Implement new processes and motivate employees to embrace change.
  • Reporting & Data: Work with BPC for consolidations, SAP BW, and Venna for reporting.

Additional Key Projects on the Roadmap:

  • Optimization of S/4HANA and expansion of functionalities.
  • Integration of new buildings and acquisitions, including setting up new processes.
  • Authorization management and compliance in SAP.
  • Deployment of optimizations in Romania and further international expansion.

Profile

This Is You:

  • You hold a master’s degree or have equivalent experience.
  • You have at least 5 years of experience as an SAP FICO Business Analyst, with a broad functional perspective.
  • Knowledge of SAP REFX (Flexible Real Estate) is a plus.
  • Experience in a multinational environment is an advantage.
  • You are fluent in Dutch and English.
