The role of Odoo Developer at Codevid goes beyond merely developing and customizing software modules; it is a key position at the foundation of a new Odoo Business Unit within an ambitious growth story. As a pioneer in this unit, you directly contribute to building a market-leading position in Odoo and help Codevid grow into a true IT business partner that optimizes business processes and enables successful digital transformations.
You will work on challenging projects for various clients, developing, customizing, and optimizing Odoo solutions based on their specific needs. You act as the technical point of contact for clients and ensure the software runs smoothly and efficiently. Over time, you will have the opportunity to help shape the team further, share knowledge, and coach junior colleagues—contributing not only to successful projects but also to the growth and development of the team.
Tasks:
- Developing and customizing Odoo modules according to client requirements.
- Integrating Odoo with other systems and applications.
- Providing technical support and resolving issues within Odoo.
- Testing and optimizing new functionalities and modules.
- Collaborating with consultants and end users to translate solutions into working functionality.
- Documenting developed modules and technical processes.
- Over time, guiding and coaching junior colleagues within the team.
Profile
Experience and Background
- You have completed higher education or have equivalent experience;
- At least 3 years of work experience as an ERP Developer;
- Experience with Python and knowledge of PostgreSQL;
- Odoo certification is a plus.

Codevid was founded in 2013 by entrepreneur David Van Canegem and has a mission to unburden SMEs digitally. OnniTI, part of Codevid, acts as an independent partner in ERP consulting. OnniTI aims to help organizations achieve sustainable long-term success by offering seamless digital solutions. The goal is to work with and for the client to make the right choices for a successful digital roadmap and transformation.
