Function
The ICT Coordinator is responsible for maintaining all IT systems to ensure stability and high performance, as well as delivering digital transformation in a cost-conscious manner. He/she combines operational hands-on support with project management and the further operationalization of the ICT roadmap.

Right-hand to the COO: Operationalizing, prioritizing, and executing the IT roadmap and its associated projects.

Face of IT: Serving as the bridge and daily point of contact between IT and the business/end users.

Digitalization and Efficiency: Standardizing the fragmented application landscape, optimizing business processes, and increasing operational efficiency across the entire value chain (from sales to dismantling and storage).

Stability and Continuity: Ensuring a smooth-running IT foundation from day one, addressing helpdesk requests, and turning ad-hoc "firefighting" into structural, recurring solutions and documentation.

Stakeholder Management: Proactively managing external suppliers and internal stakeholders.
Tasks and Responsibilities
Operational Management and Support

Serving as the primary point of contact for the business and end users regarding daily IT issues and updates, with the goal of structurally reducing support requests.

Building and maintaining a reliable and secure IT environment that supports daily business operations and prepares for future enhancements.

Increasing digital maturity by focusing on enhanced user adoption, training, and support for new tools or updates.
Roadmap & Project Management

Collaborating with the COO to flesh out the IT roadmap and leading digital transformation projects from start to finish: ensuring the effective implementation of new systems and processes, including staff training and change management.

Coordinating internal and external stakeholders, such as IT suppliers, project teams, and operational departments.

Supporting migrations and upgrades.

Preparing and delivering business cases for new investments or optimizations.
Business and Process Analysis

Analyzing internal business processes and translating them into digital efficiency gains and automation.

Analyzing organizational needs and translating them into concrete projects that improve operational efficiency.

Identifying new technological trends and translating them into tangible project proposals, such as initiating AI journeys and other automation projects.
Profile
-
5 to 8 years of relevant experience in an IT role, such as IT Business Analyst or Project Manager in an SME environment.

Strong knowledge of and interest in digitalization and data: ERP systems, process automation, and data analysis.

Broad and proven experience with software implementations and data management.

A generalist with sound conceptual knowledge of IT infrastructure and security.

Affinity with data/reporting (PowerBI) and an interest in the pragmatic business applications of AI are a plus.

A proactive bridge builder between various company departments, skilled at translating business needs into concrete IT solutions.

Experience within an SME environment or a company in a strong growth phase (buy-and-build) is a major asset.

Proficient in Dutch and English.
