Product Operations Lead @ Yesplan
AMM04286
Function
The Product Operations Lead strengthens the operational effectiveness, collaboration, and predictability within the product and engineering team. The purpose of this role is to establish clear structure, cadence, and decision-making that enable the team to work more efficiently, with greater focus and consistency.
You ensure that processes are well defined, roles are clearly articulated, and collaboration between product, engineering, design, and business runs smoothly and transparently. By identifying bottlenecks early, aligning expectations, and guiding cross-team workflows, you support a well-coordinated and reliable product development process.
Because you have enough technical understanding to grasp the context of the engineering team, you can contribute to discussions on feasibility, solution paths, and priorities. This helps you structure decisions and ensures the team works with realistic plans and shared insights.
This role creates the conditions for the team to work autonomously, clearly, and effectively: transparent workflows, a shared approach to prioritization, clear mandates, and a culture of open communication, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
