Role Overview
As Senior IT Manager, you will align the IT strategy with the company’s strategic and operational objectives. You will lead an internal team of approximately 10 IT professionals and manage around 15 external consultants. The IT environment includes multiple ERP systems (including a future migration to Dynamics 365), legacy applications, cloud solutions, and a wide range of international stakeholders. You will report directly to the CFO.

Develop and maintain a clear, forward-looking IT strategy and roadmap

Strengthen operational stability, cybersecurity, and infrastructure resilience

Restructure and mature the internal IT team; reduce over-reliance on consultants

Drive innovation and digital transformation initiatives

Manage the IT landscape with a focus on simplification, supportability, and cost-effectiveness

Own IT budget and vendor relations
Profile Requirements
-
15+ years of IT experience, including at least 5 in a leadership role

Solid expertise in Microsoft environments (incl. Dynamics 365, M365, cloud, security)

Strong business acumen and ability to translate business needs into IT solutions

Fluent in Dutch and English, solid command of French; German is a plus

Hands-on, pragmatic, strategic, and people-oriented leadership style

Strong interpersonal, communication, and project management skills
