The IT Project Manager is a pivotal role, responsible for overseeing and driving the successful implementation and optimization of Dynamics CRM solutions across both Niko NV and its subsidiary, Wygwam, while managing their integration within a complex IT ecosystem of over 250 interconnected applications. The role ensures that the CRM solutions align with business objectives, enhance operational efficiency, and deliver value to stakeholders.
Typical responsibilities include:
Bridge business and IT: Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and IT teams to translate business needs into actionable IT strategies and solutions.
Optimize Dynamics CRM: Manage, enhance, and deploy Dynamics CRM solutions to support business operations, improve customer relationship management, and create synergies across Niko and Wygwam.
Facilitate IT architecture integration: Understand the broader IT landscape, including ERP and other critical applications, ensuring smooth integration and minimal disruption to existing systems.
Oversee external development teams: Coordinate with external IT providers to ensure that technical development aligns with project goals, timelines, and quality standards.
Enable adaptability: Lead projects in a dynamic, evolving environment, balancing standardization and differentiation to meet the unique needs of Niko and Wygwam.
Profiel
Educational Background
- Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in a relevant field such as Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or Engineering.
- Additional certifications in Project Management (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile methodologies) are highly desirable.
Professional Experience
- 5+ years of experience in IT project management, preferably in a medium-to-large organization with a complex IT landscape.
- Experience in similar industries such as: production, distribution, discrete manufacturing, electronics, B2B and B2B2C is plus
- Proven track record in managing CRM platforms like Dynamics CRM, including implementation, upgrades, and integration with other applications such as ERP
- Experience in working with external IT providers, managing outsourced development, and ensuring quality delivery.
- Familiarity with IT governance frameworks, release management, and incident management.
- Demonstrated ability to navigate and deliver results in dynamic and evolving business contexts, ideally with exposure to shared services environments or multi-division companies.
