However, she immediately adds: \u201cOf course, that shouldn\u2019t be an excuse not to do it.\u201d. The other attendees at C-EATS were quick to confirm. The straddle between short term and long term also proved familiar to everyone: if you\u2019re too much or only concerned with the long term, you may be out-of-business<\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> tomorrow<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">. But if you focus only on the short term, you may be irrelevant <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">the day after tomorrow<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">. <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/>\n<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/>\n<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u201cWhat most organizations lack is vision,\u201d stressed Jo Caudron. Therefore, he challenged those present to <\/span><b>look ahead to 2050, 2030 and 2025<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> all at once.
