Externally Focused Responsibilities:

Technical Solution Alignment
Ensure alignment between customer needs and technical solutions.
Oversee technical solution quality and adherence to standards.

Support Implementation Consultants
Provide guidance and specialized support to consultants managing projects.
Handle project escalations and engage with customers or consultants for specialized solutions.

Communication and Documentation
Communicate technical concepts and maintain project documentation.
Define, document, and train the team on new standard approaches.

Expert Problem-Solving
Provide expert solutions for complex challenges.
Collaborate on specialized configurations.

Internally Focused Responsibilities:

Feedback and Improvement
Offer valuable insights and feedback to both customers and internal development teams to enhance product performance.
Continuously seek opportunities for process improvement and refinement.

Continuous Improvement and Training
Continuously explore process improvement opportunities to ensure the solution aligns with evolving customer needs.
Provide training and mentorship to implementation consultants to enhance their skills.

Product Knowledge Sharing and Strategic Planning
Share knowledge and insights about the product with customers and internal teams.
Contribute to the strategic planning of product development based on customer feedback and market trends.
Identify trends and develop new standard solutions for non-standard scenarios.



  • A minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience.
  • Strong technical knowledge and skills to understand, assess, and provide technical solutions.
  • A proven track record in delivering technical solutions for complex challenges during customer implementations.
  • Experience in projects where technical configurations played a critical role.
  • Excellent communication skills to explain technical concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Ability to maintain structured documentation.
  • Capacity to work independently and demonstrate initiative.
  • Industry knowledge is a plus but can be learned.
  • Preferably, experience in the pharmaceutical sector, laboratory quality control, research and development, or cell and gene therapy.
  • Strong soft skills, including effective communication and collaboration.
  • Willingness to apply technical expertise in an advisory, coordinating, and documenting role.
