Function
You will work closely with both technical teams and customers to ensure that the solutions delivered meet customer expectations and needs. This includes planning projects, providing training and demos, and monitoring the timing, scope and budget of projects.
– Translating customer needs: You understand and translate customer needs into functional specifications and solutions that match their objectives.
– Planning technical solutions: You take the lead in planning projects, including defining the scope, determining the required resources and establishing a timeline for implementation.
– Collaborating with technical teams: You work closely with technical teams to ensure the solutions developed meet customer requirements.
– Training and demos: You provide training and demonstrations to customers and internal teams on the developed solutions and how to use them, to ensure a smooth transition and effective use.
– Monitoring timing, scope and budget: You oversee the progress of projects and ensure that they are completed within the set timelines, budgets and scope.
– Communication with stakeholders: You communicate effectively with stakeholders, such as clients, project managers and internal teams, to ensure everyone is aware of progress and any changes in plans.
– Technical explanations to non-technical stakeholders: You are able to explain technical concepts and solutions in an understandable way to non-technical stakeholders, such as customers and managers.
– Quality assurance: You ensure the quality of the delivered solutions by performing tests and checks, and by identifying and solving any problems or bugs.
Profile
– A bachelor's or master's degree in business administration, computer science, or related field;
– Minimum three years of demonstrable experience as a Business Analyst in Dynamics 365;
– Strong analytical thinking skills and excellent problem-solving skills;
– Interest in Microsoft products and understanding of business processes;
– Customer focus and taking initiative are key attributes;
– Willingness to continuously learn about new technologies and developments in the field.
– You have a strong knowledge of Dutch and English and can express yourself in French.
