Function
Duties include project supervision, team coordination and relationship management (internal and external).
- You identify logistical bottlenecks and opportunities for process optimization.
- You prepare detailed project plans, including milestones and deliverables.
- You oversee project execution and ensure effective communication between all parties involved.
- You coordinate the deployment of IT teams and external consultants to achieve project goals.
- You monitor the project budget and ensure efficient use of resources.
- You identify risks and develop strategies to minimize project delays.
- You report on project progress to management and stakeholders.
- You perform quality checks to ensure solutions meet required standards.
- You evaluate project deliverables and identify learning points for future improvements.
Profile
- You have a master's degree in Computer Science, Logistics Management or a related field.
- You have a minimum of 6 to 8 years of experience with projects, of which at least 4 years as final responsible for IT projects (within the logistics sector).
- You have extensive knowledge of logistics processes and systems.
- You have strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- You have excellent communication skills and the ability to communicate effectively with various stakeholders.
- You have leadership skills to motivate and lead teams toward achieving project goals.
- You have problem-solving and analytical thinking skills.
- You are results-oriented and driven to meet deadlines.
