Together with fellow department heads/programme managers, you are responsible for the daily follow-up for a cluster of projects.
You will also further develop the corresponding methodologies and processes, adjust them where necessary and maintain them.
The timely detection of possible bottlenecks and taking the initiative to tackle these, together with the stakeholders involved, is an important factor.
You report regularly to the relevant internal stakeholders on the status of the projects in progress.
Together with other heads of department/programme managers, you advise the programme and process management (P&P) department on methodologies and processes for demand and portfolio management, prioritisation, capacity planning and integrated reporting.
Together with fellow programme managers, you are responsible for drawing up the annual planning and the relevant budget preparation.
Master degree in ICT or equivalent through experience;
At least 6 years of experience in a similar function;
Good knowledge of the business or you are willing to acquire this in the short term;
Experience in programme management of organisation-critical projects of strategic importance;
Good knowledge of IT project methodologies (e.g. Prince2, Agile, …)
