Function
The Service Tower "Mobile Communications" manages the set of services and products for Radio, Paging and Mobile Communications via MVNO, as well as all the applications and services that will be offered by the future new generation network.
From your role, you will be the CEO of your product Mobile Communications via MVNO. You will go from strategy to implementation. In this interesting role you get to co-determine the strategy but also the day-to-day operations. You will be in contact with many different people, both external users and internal stakeholders (from developers to people in marketing).
Blue Light Mobile offers users a service for priority, mobile voice and data communication that is highly available.
The Blue Light Mobile SIM card is specially designed to respond to the specific needs of emergency or security services, a government department or a crisis manager.
Duties and responsibilities.
The role of Product Manager for the MVNO (Blue Light Mobile) priority mobile voice and data communications solution includes:
- the strategy of his or her product (priorities and objectives),
- defining the value propositions and all their dimensions,
- managing the planning and life cycle of the product (conceiving, defining, refining and retreating to deliver the expected results).
- You coordinate the implementation with the different stakeholders and departments. You monitor the performance of the product and initiate action plans and adjust where necessary.
- You base yourself on knowledge of market expectations (organizations and end users) and on monitoring the results of the products, services and processes for improving the end-to-end user experience. You represent the product teams when interacting with stakeholders inside or outside the Service Tower 'Mobile Communications'.
- You are customer focused and clearly prioritize expectations and translate them into product definitions, value propositions and business requirements.
- You work closely with the ASTRID teams (mainly marketing, but also communications, the consultants, the product owners, provisioning, operations, IT …) for defining the vision and objectives and for ensuring the coordination of the projects/programs/go to market activities related to his product (no people management).
- You oversee the operational and commercial performance of your product and initiate the resulting improvement plans.
Profile
Experience and Background:
- Master's degree in Economics/Trade Science (or equivalent) with a strong affinity for the telecommunications sector, or a Master's degree in Commercial Engineering or Civil Engineering in Electronics & Telecommunications (or equivalent) with solid experience in marketing or product management.
- You have at least 5-10 years of experience in product management in the telecommunications or IT/services sector, ideally in B2B / B2B2C markets.
- You have a broad interest in and knowledge of telecommunications and are well versed in digital communications, GSM networks and virtual networks (MVNO).
- You have a sense of innovation and improvement. Ideally, you can present solid results in terms of digitalization of services and improvement of customer processes. You are also able to gather information about customer satisfaction.

Language skills:
Knowledge of French as a second language is necessary, and you have a good knowledge of technical English.
