As a Product Owner you investigate functional issues, change requests and determine the scope of complex and extensive development projects.
As part of the needs assessment, you form the interface between the key users and various responsible parties. You work out the process analyses and business processes in detail and model them in functionalities.
Furthermore, you are responsible for the follow-up and functional support of the development and you are a SPOC between Business and external IT parties to include functional matters for the website.
You also monitor the implementation and delivery. In addition, you assist with the preparation of the user manuals and the training of the users.
You work closely together with (end) users, developers (external partner Solutia in France with about 10 developers) and/or other stakeholders relevant to your domain (ERP). Internal stakeholders
It's business departments include Logistics, Supply Chain and Finance.
You accomplish the desired changes via a technical application manager and programmers, you coordinate the implementation of the change in the production environment in consultation. You also handle second-line incidents relating to ERP, if they are escalated by IT operations.
Preferably you have a Bachelor's degree in IT and experience in design architecture and application design.
You will be able to draw up high-quality documentation. Mapping out the needs of stakeholders, devising appropriate solutions together and providing support to end users gives you energy. You are strong in translating the wishes of end users, contribute to the further development of the website and offer functional and technical guidance to developers.
You are end-to-end responsible for the organisation, planning, testing and delivery of IT developments to the Unigro website and/or specific modules of ERP. You work independently, pro-actively and take full responsibility for your domain.
You have strong project, coordination and communication skills.
You will join a team of fellow Product Owners with whom you will work to develop appropriate end-to-end solutions.
