Function

  • Collaborate with users, customers and policies/regulations: The Product Owner / Business Analyst works closely with various stakeholders, such as users, customers and policy makers, to understand and translate needs and requirements into actionable solutions.
  • Analyzing business requirements: The Product Owner / Business Analyst analyzes the business requirements related to rent subsidy / rental assistance and identifies the specific needs and requirements of the system.
  • Identify and improve business processes: The Product Owner / Business Analyst identifies inefficient or ineffective business processes and suggests improvements to optimize process efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Collect and define requirements: The Product Owner / Business Analyst collects and defines the functional and non-functional requirements of the system and ensures that they are well documented and understood by the development team.
  • Prioritizing backlog items: The Product Owner / Business Analyst manages the product backlog and prioritizes backlog items based on the value they add to users and the organization.
  • Communication and collaboration: The Product Owner / Business Analyst communicates and collaborates with the development team, other stakeholders and external parties to ensure the right solutions are developed and implemented.
  • Testing and validating solutions: The Product Owner / Business Analyst tests and validates solutions to ensure that they meet stated requirements and user needs.
  • Reporting and documentation: The Product Owner / Business Analyst ensures proper reporting and documentation of progress, results and findings related to the rent subsidy / rental subsidy system.

Profile

We are looking for someone with proven experience as a Product Owner and as a Business Analyst (defining requirements, analyzing business processes, process improvement). You have experience with more complex assignments, with a diversity of stakeholders, target groups and their (sometimes opposing) needs.

What else is important?

  • You have keen analytical skills, but also see the big picture.
  • You are primarily interested in understanding and optimizing business processes and translating them into a user-friendly application, but are not put off by more technical ICT jargon.
  • You communicate with different target groups in a professional, honest and open manner. You have a connecting and clear communication style that allows you to lead a team and give clear direction.
  • You are customer-oriented, open to (new) needs of stakeholders and you can creatively anticipate them.
  • You are an enthusiastic, flexible team player who can stimulate and motivate cooperation within the entity, working groups and or project groups. Setting a clear vision and carrying it out is no stranger to you. You also dare to take the necessary decisions.
