Process & IT Manager @ Truncus



As Process & IT Manager, you will support Truncus in further growth and increasing efficiency. You define the digital vision and optimise the operational processes in the organisation in consultation with the teams involved. This responsibility has hitherto rested with the Managing Partner. In the context of further growth, there is a need for more focus on this area. 

In addition, there are also many opportunities on the customer side and the optimisation of the digital service. Truncus has the ambition to evolve along with new possibilities and trends in the digital domain as well, in order to offer the best service to its customers.

In the role of Process & IT Manager, you will have a direct impact on the success of the organisation from both an internal and external perspective. Due to the organisation's growth and further ambition, there is a need for reinforcement, this is a newly created position. Truncus sees in this role the opportunity to take steps as an organisation in terms of process efficiency as well as digitalisation. 


– Higher education or equivalent through experience
– You have strong project management skills, enabling you to lead digital transformation projects (including budget management) involving various internal and external stakeholders.
– You are able to develop a vision and shape a roadmap
– You have excellent communication skills
– You have an affinity/interest in financial services, including FinTech, RegTech, AI, etc. 
– You are able to enthuse others and have experience in facilitating change.
– You are a real connector who always looks for constructive solutions.
– Your strong empathy comes in handy here.
