Function
Responsibilities:
As a Project Manager Infrastructure at House of HR, you are responsible for the successful management and execution of infrastructure projects. This means you coordinate and lead all aspects of the projects from initial planning to final delivery. You ensure precise and achievable project planning, manage the project budget, lead the project team to achieve objectives, and manage communication with all stakeholders. You are also responsible for identifying, analyzing, and mitigating potential risks to ensure projects are completed within scope, budget, and timelines while maintaining quality and customer satisfaction. Additionally, you build and maintain strong relationships with all involved parties, including internal teams, external vendors, and clients, to ensure successful and sustainable execution of infrastructure projects.
Tasks:
Project Management:
- Developing detailed project plans, including objectives, milestones, and timelines;
- Supporting the project team in understanding their responsibilities;
- Processing project information for a clear overview of progress;
- Analyzing potential risks and developing mitigation strategies;
- Organizing project activities to promote collaboration;
- Monitoring project progress and addressing deviations promptly;
- Communicating project performance to stakeholders;
- Coordinating with internal and external stakeholders;
- Documenting and archiving project-related information.
Budget Management:
- Managing and monitoring the project budget;
- Developing and updating financial plans and forecasts;
- Reviewing budget requests and expenditures.
Team Leadership:
- Guiding the project team to achieve objectives;
- Ensuring efficient communication and collaboration;
- Resolving conflicts within the team;
- Monitoring progress and quality of work.
Stakeholder Management:
- Identifying and analyzing stakeholders;
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders;
- Planning and coordinating effective communication channels and activities.
Profile
Experience and Background:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree, or equivalent through relevant education or certification in project management, such as a PMP certification (Project Management Professional) or PRINCE2 certification.
- Project management experience: A strong background and experience in leading projects. This includes planning, organizing, coordinating, and monitoring project activities, as well as managing project execution.

- Thorough knowledge of project management methodologies and processes.
- Stakeholder management: Ability to communicate effectively and build relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including third parties, to promote good collaboration.
- Organizational skills: Planning tasks and deadlines, prioritizing, and monitoring project progress.
- Problem-solving: Identifying problems, analyzing them, and finding solutions to ensure project progress.
- Communication skills: Strong oral and written communication skills for coordinating development projects, aligning sprint planning, communicating budget information, and acting as a point of contact for third parties.
- Leadership: Guiding, motivating, and inspiring teams to achieve goals.
- Collaboration: Strong collaboration with various teams, departments, and external parties is crucial for the successful execution of projects and promoting internal and external cooperation.
- Flexibility: The ability to adapt to changing circumstances, priorities, and project requirements is crucial in a dynamic work environment like House of HR.
- Negotiation skills: As a point of contact for third parties, it is important to have strong negotiation skills to ensure successful collaborations and achieve optimal results.
Language Skills:
Fluent in both Dutch and English, both spoken and written.
