Purpose of the Position
As a Project Leader, you will be responsible for leading and coordinating an Agile team and ensuring that both functional and technical project elaboration are done correctly. You are strong in people management and project work and know how to execute projects within set deadlines and budgets. In addition, you are able to quickly familiarize yourself with domain specific content and work with product owners and business analysts. You also have the responsibility to coordinate the collaboration between different IT teams and are able to find compromises that optimize the operation of your team and the whole.
You are responsible for the proper organization of your team. You coordinate the definition of the services offered under your management. You guard the correct project definitions and you support your teams to deliver projects according to expectations.

- Project Analysis: Analyze customer requests and needs to create a concrete project plan
- Project Definition and Planning: Define and plan the project for a clear project approach
- Project execution and follow-up: Execute and follow up the project to achieve the desired results
- People management: Lead and support employees to successfully achieve the project
- Reporting: Report on project progress and results to management
- Communication and contacts: Inform, consult and communicate with stakeholders to create broad support
- Project and knowledge transfer: carry the project to the organization for successful implementation
