Function
Purpose of the position
As a Business Analyst, you play a crucial role in the digital transformation of the Foundation Against Cancer. By evaluating and improving existing processes and implementing new digital solutions, you ensure a more modern, efficient, and future-proof organization.
You act as the bridge between the various departments and translate their needs to the digital marketing solutions of external partners. By establishing and managing a data governance framework, you optimize the foundation's data flows and improve the quality of data in CRM and marketing automation systems. This leads to better decision-making and more effective marketing campaigns, which is essential for the success of the Foundation Against Cancer.
Additionally, you bring more structure and clarity to the organization by implementing standardized processes and moving away from ad-hoc practices. This directly contributes to more efficient work and ensures consistent, high-quality results. By collaborating with diverse stakeholders, you also ensure a well-coordinated implementation of projects and processes, thereby significantly contributing to the fight against cancer.
Tasks and responsibilities
Understanding and Defining Department Needs (30%)
Understand the needs of various departments and define how the IT department can contribute to them.
Gather and propose recommendations based on your expertise regarding new business requirements.
Contribute to the documentation of processes and enterprise architecture.
Ensure the standardization of the processes applied.
Translating Requirements into Functional Specifications (20%)
Translate requirements into detailed functional specifications for technical partners.
Prepare documentation and presentations to clearly communicate business needs.
Monitoring CRM and Marketing Automation (30%)
Monitor general developments in Salesforce and Pardot, as well as related and specific applications.
Follow the technical development of products and processes to ensure implemented solutions meet the analyzed needs in close collaboration with users in various departments.
Improving Data Quality (20%)
Create and manage a data governance framework.
Work with internal stakeholders to understand and optimize data flow.
Monitor and guide different departments to better manage data quality in CRM and marketing automation systems.
Profile
- You have a master's or bachelor's degree in IT, or equivalent through experience
- You have at least 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst
- You have experience with CRM
- You have knowledge of BPMN/Process Mapping
- Experience in marketing departments is a plus.
