Communicate with key financial stakeholders (Process owners, key users, etc.) to understand their process requirements Develop and analyze functional specifications covering the process requirements
Design and test efficient IT systems (SAP and peripheral applications) to meet business and technology needs Coordinate developers to build and implement technology solutions
Update, implement and maintain users procedures/documentation
Gather feedback from end users about system performance and act upon need
Manage IT projects, develop project plans, and monitor performance using Lhoist PMO principles
Provide advice and users training
Keep abreast of technology trends and developments and assure cross-fertilization between IT and Financial departments.
Relevant University or High school degree in Computer Science or Economy
Minimum5-yearexperienceintheimplementationofSAPfinancialmodulesandperipheralapplications, preferably in an international environment
IT projects leadership with demonstrated competency in the end-to-end execution of projects and in developing efficient and effective solutions to specific business problems
Gained experience in financial applications across business organization and good knowledge of Financial processes
Confirmed knowledge of SAP modules FI and CO, including but not exclusively FI-G /L,FI-A /P, FI-A /R, FI-AA, SAP-IM (OpenText), Treasury, CO-CCA, CO-PCA, CO-PC, CO-PA, Project System
Deep understanding of integration aspects with other SAP modules (among others Sales&Distribution, Purchasing, Inventory Management and Plant Maintenance)
Strong exposure to reporting applications (SAP BW or BusinessObject) and/or consolidation platforms (BPC) is a key asset
Debugging knowledge and ABAP programming skills are an advantage
Interest/achievement for new digital technologies(RoboticProcessAutomation(RPA), Artificial Intelligence (AI), Machine Learning, etc.) is a plus
