Function
• You are responsible for delivering adjustments in SAP or other applications within the scope of an assigned project, with a focus on SD modules.
• You are in charge of setting up and guiding the project, being responsible for a thorough intake/analysis and defining needs, translating them into functional specifications in preparation for technical analysis (for programming or customization of the application). This takes into account technical feasibility, budget, timing, and priority.
• You guide the programming and implementation of the application/tool and conduct (integration) testing and validations.
• You closely monitor the milestones and deadlines until the completion of the 'GO LIVE'.
• You work within the existing template of the relevant SAP module. If necessary, consultation takes place with the Template Owner, who is also responsible for approval and validation.
• You are responsible for training and guiding users within the framework of the project.
• You have the opportunity to enhance your technical know-how by attending training sessions, keeping yourself informed about the latest developments.
• As the assigned template owner, you are responsible for documenting the process, managing the VPK Template for the assigned module(s), acting as a point of contact, providing formal approvals, overseeing testing scripts and scenarios, and serving as the owner of the USER group(s).
• During less busy moments in the role or in the absence of assignments in the subteam, support is provided, in consultation with the Group ICT Applications Manager, for another role or position within the ICT Applications Team.
Profile
• You have a bachelor's or Master degree in an ICT-related field or equivalent experience.
• You possess strong analytical skills, with the ability to ask probing questions to get to the heart of the problem.
• You have, among other things, a good knowledge of Microsoft Office, initial experience with a Service Management Tool (ITIL-based), and experience in a support role within an SAP environment.
• You are resilient, meticulous, and precise.
• You take on responsibility and generate solutions.
• You are communicatively strong and helpful, possessing a dynamic and friendly personality.
• You have a solid dose of dedication and flexibility.
• You are customer-oriented and capable of working methodically.
• You have training skills for conducting classroom trainings and 1-on-1 sessions.
• Your skill set aligns with the skills matrix of the ICT Applications Team.
