Purpose of the position.
La Lorraine Bakery Group is starting a strategic program within procurement and supply chain to be ready for LLBG's future ambitions and growth. As Business Applications Analyst Supply chain, you will take the lead for the process and system landscape within the supply chain domain.
Duties and responsibilities.

You are the IT business partner for the procurement and supply chain domains.

You are track lead within this program in close cooperation with the other track leads and business stakeholders. You manage from A-Z all aspects within the projects to make it a success (project management, blueprint, validation with the business, owner IT specifications, development, testing, documentation, training & support key-users).

You are responsible for the continuous improvement of the business processes and systems in your domain. You analyze the needs and requirements of key-users and organize this information into an action plan with proposed solutions. You implement solutions and changes within the IT application in line with our La Lorraine best practice model.

You manage the support of the business key users in collaboration with the central support Business Application Analyst.

You are responsible for the documentation of the processes and systems in the interactive IT knowledge platform.

You are able to secure and strengthen the know-how in the community by providing training and updating the documentation.

You will build strong relationships with the business stakeholders.

You can also participate in projects or changes outside the supply chain domain (e.g. production, quality, …).
You mainly work from Ninove and report to the Business Applications Manager for Plant Operations. You will be part of the international IT team.
Profile

Master's degree in business economics or equivalent through experience.

You have experience as a track lead in ERP projects. Knowledge of SAP MM (or similar in other ERP systems) is a must. Knowledge of planning systems (OMP, SAP IBP/APO, …), SRM systems (SAP Ariba, …) and other SAP modules (PP, QM, EWM) is a plus.

You can think strategically about the needs of the business and the development of these into a concrete plan.

You are service-oriented and enjoy communicating in English with various stakeholders.

You enjoy sharing knowledge and are able to communicate the message clearly to a wide audience.

You like to broaden your knowledge and horizons to other fields.

Experience with change management is a plus.

You are willing to travel regularly to our other offices (up to 15%).
