Function
- Define and translate business needs: Identify and translate business user needs into concrete requirements and specifications for data applications and Power BI dashboards.
- Mapping and documenting business processes: Analyze and document the operation and needs of the business through process analysis and business cases.
- Analyze and solve needs and problems: Identify and analyze needs and problems of business users, and propose solutions to improve them.
- Setting up and improving business processes: Responsible for setting up and improving business processes, possibly using data, to create customized data and reporting solutions.
- Consultation and alignment: Regular meetings with stakeholders, scrum leader and program manager to plan backlog, communicate progress and track roadmap. Monitor business priorities and ensure proper alignment.
- Relationship management with key users: Maintain good relationship with key users, providing support in identifying and validating business users' needs. Encourage cooperation and trust between all parties involved.
Profile
Experience and Background.
- Experience as a business analyst or similar role, or a degree that demonstrates knowledge and skills in business administration, data analytics and communications
- Knowledge of or interest in Azure, agile methodologies and data platforms
- Experience working in a government context is a plus

- As a business analyst, you will also support in building our operational level. You will be involved in supporting, monitoring and optimizing the daily activities of the competence center. In addition, your role plays a crucial role in collecting, analyzing and reporting data on the performance, quality and customer satisfaction of our services. You can use this feedback to suggest improvements or changes to CC-Data's processes, systems or products.
