Function
As a Business Intelligence Analyst, you will play a crucial role in Ardo's ambition to become a more data-driven organization. You will be responsible for collecting, analyzing and interpreting data to generate valuable insights that support management decision making.
The BI analyst is responsible for keeping all existing platforms running. Meanwhile, Ardo is fully engaged in the migration to SAP S/4 Hana. The implementation of the new SAP platform (Bridge Program), is proceeding systematically. The BI analyst can play a key role in this, to step into the greenfield phase and put his shoulders to the project. It involves data collection, management reporting, sales reporting and everything concerning operational reports.
You will work closely with various stakeholders, including the management team, to understand the data needs of the business and provide solutions that improve business performance.
Duties and responsibilities
- Collect and analyze data from various sources to identify trends, patterns and insights;
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reports using SAP Datasphere, Analytics Cloud & Power BI;
- Collaborate with management team and other stakeholders to understand business objectives and propose data-driven solutions;
- Translate complex data into understandable presentations and reports for non-technical stakeholders;
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency based on data analysis;
- Keeping abreast of new trends and developments in business intelligence and data analytics.
Profile
- Bachelor's or Master's degree;
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Business Intelligence Analyst or in a similar role;
- Experience with SAP Analytics Cloud is a nice plus;
- Experience with data warehousing with SAP Data Warehouse Cloud / SAP Data Sphere or willingness to learn this;
- Experience with SAP Embedded Analytics or willingness to learn this;
- Experience with SQL and Microsoft Power BI is a strong plus;
- Experience with S/4HANA is a plus.
