What does inspiring & coaching leadership mean to Bert?
“As an executive, I find it important to coach intensively in a supportive and transparent way. In this way I try to inspire and motivate the team to go for it. Do my employees experience their jobs as engaging? Then they also perform better.”
Which personal achievements is Bert most proud of?
“Over the past two years, we shifted up a gear due to growth and further expanded the digital team. We grew from a supporting ICT Team of 2 employees to a strategic digital team of 10 employees. We managed to build a balanced team in challenging market conditions with a good mix between more experienced and younger profiles.”
